What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. A 2% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. Return shipping fee is provided by you, the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and customs clearance, as we ship via DHL. Once the order is handed over to DHL, we are no longer responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during transit.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with evidence of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, due to the intimate and handmade nature of our pieces, custom or personalized orders, gift cards, and items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout are not eligible for return.
